Features wise vehicle is good but ye depend karta hai ki after purchase iski deler ki service kaisi hai .mujhe abhi ak problam jhelni pari after 2 and half years battery warranty period me rahane ke bad bhi iski battery replace nhi ho pai deler se baat kiye to they reply ki aapne "paid service"nhi ki thi to aapko battery replacement nhi hogi
प्रजापति मोटर्स lucknow खुर्रम नगर का सर्विस बहुत ही खराब है. बैटरी warrenty में होने के बाद भी बदल कर नही दे रहे है. 10 से 15 दिन स्कूटी खड़ी करके छोड़ दो तब आएगी तब देगे. 115000रूपया पूरे तरह से डूब गया. pure ev स्कूटी कोई न ले. मेरी तरह हमेशा रोते
If you don't want peace in your life just go for this bike. It will irritate you more than anything else. Company doesn't provide any warranty. Whatever they are providing that is just for sake of papers. They really don't provide any support. It will stop either within 5,000 kms or within a year.

This Chinese crap has no battery performance, Pathetic service (once you buy no one will even look at you), very poor battery quality, no resale value. Please don't buy this crap you will regret for your life. there is absolutely no positives for this vehicle. Don't fall for paid reviews

Do not buy this toy. Company also poor after sales and service. Never respond aganist any complaint
This is one of the very worst scooty in electronic segment scooter.
I have bought it and battery giving only 4 to 5 KM in a full charge.. my scooty is only 6000 km driven only.
Please do not buy this product, resell value in very bad.
Custom support is 0.
Also Warranty given by the company is fake. When you raise the compliment it takes 3 to 4 months to repairs the battery..
And the laughing part is, you have to pay transportation change of battery for repairs. 😅
