Jenkins installation and configuration in centos 9

Jenkin automation server is an automation tool for Devops.
DevOps combines development (dev) and operations (Ops) to increase the efficiency, speed, and security of software development and delivery compared to traditional processes.

Jenkins is a highly extensible product whose functionality can be extended through the installation of plugins.It helps automate the parts of software development related to building, testing, and deploying, facilitating continuous integration, and continuous delivery
Jenkin can be installed through the native system packages.I am using java and jenkin latest version that was the reason I am doing a custom installation of jenkin.
