if they are walking side to side like that or in a straight line i find it easy to just place my cross hair in the midline of where they are walking and just shoot when their head lines up with the cross hair

Best way to play sniper in general. Don't follow them around with your aim, instead wait until they basically walk into your crosshair.
Takes a bit of prediction, but gives much cleaner results than frantically waving your weapon around.

@@PichDextro yes but this prediction only works when they are moving one direction and back in that same direction. sometimes in overwatch they move so fast that flicks or following is necessary
