Jenn, you offer such a unique and nuanced answer to these questions! I hope your channel will have lots more subs. I am sure it will. 😀I am a therapist in my late 50s and show your channel to my clients. I think physical expression is one way to "find oneself" and to enhance a feeling on sitting comfortably in your own skin.
Thank you Jeanine! Yes - it's all about feeling good and comfortable in your own skin and we don't need to be boxed into stereotypes to feel that way ❤
There are million videos out there on this topic, but you were able to add value. I very much appreciate how much thought goes into your categorisations and explanations. And the photoshopped pictures as well as the sketches are so helpful!
Jenn, you nailed why face shapes are so confusing. When it comes to filler, I've never gotten it simply because I know that, while there are many plastic surgeons that are technically proficient, there are very few that are artistically talented at the same time. So you run the risk of looking like the graphics you showed!
I agree Virginia! I worry about fillers because they're semi-permanent so what if you end up with a surgeon that doesn't understand these effects but just follows the client's requests 😅
Very good info on the factors other than facial measurements that affect face shape. Things get even more complicated when you try and determine your face shape while smiling versus no expression. 😃😐🤨
This is so true, I really don't know why everyone is just fixated on "face shape", when all these other factors come into play too, and IMO are actually more important!
I just found your channel and have been binge watching. It’s great! One of the last videos I watched was your first video, the one on face shapes. I couldn’t believe how comfortable you looked on it when I noticed it was the first one uploaded to your channel, so it’s funny to hear you say that you looked awkward. You are so easy to watch, very personable, and I enjoy how you breakdown the topics. I’m looking forward to working my way through your catalog of videos. Thanks!
Aww thank you for the sweet comment Katrina! Idk if it’s just me - I rewatched my first video recently and I couldn’t help but cringe lol. I think my voice was really high pitched and unnatural, but glad to hear you found it otherwise! 🤭🙈
Love your videos! Please consider doing one on round nose tips. It would be super helpful for those of us with prominent noses that have narrow nose bridge and wide/bulbous lower part of the nose.
Thank you for the comment and I’m glad you enjoyed my videos! I do have a video on prominent noses and if you haven’t taken a look at it yet check it out! I will see what I can come up with that’s specific to nose tips 🥰
Thank you for another amazing video! You are by far the BEST at explaining the human physionomie and what styles work best. Can’t wait for the next one!!!😊
Thank you so much Linda! So glad to hear you liked this video and found it helpful 🥰❤️ In my next video I’m gonna use myself as an example to provide some makeup tips 💄so stay tuned for it!
Grow channel, grow! You have the most interesting content I’ve come across in a while. I love your thoughtful, scientific explanations! Looking forward to more interesting videos 😃
Thank you so much Heidi! I’m glad you found my explanations helpful 🥰 in my next video I’m going to share some practical tips using myself as an example so stay tuned for it! ❤️
I am deeply impressed by your content, your knowledge and observations, thank you for this channel! I've binge watched all your videos in one stroke:D Can't wait for more!
Thank you so much - I'm glad you found the content helpful, but more importantly I'm so glad to hear my content has helped you find ways to feel more confident ❤❤❤
I just found your channel today after searching how to find my face shape and I just binge watched all of your videos! I love your explanations as they’re way more helpful than other people’s cookie cutter videos. Can you make a video on how to balance out a face with a wide bulbous nose tip or ethnic nose☺️ It’s my main focal point & contouring doesn’t do much so maybe there’s a hairstyle or something I could do 🤔 but I would love for you to make a video on that! I found your large nose video not be as helpful for me since the examples all had thin noses, even Priyanka’s is way thinner than mine 😅
Thank you so much for the comment! I'm glad you liked all my videos ☺ I've had a few people ask me for more tips on bulbous nose tips so I will see what I can come up with! ❤
Hi Jenn! Can you please do a video on why some people can wear big and loud jewelry and why some people can wear dainty jewelry? I can only wear dainty jewelry everything else overpowers me so much, and I feel like a child wearing my mom's jewelry? Thanks!
i really like your makeup. Most Influencer put so much product on and call it "natural look". Especially the base looks mostly so artificial. You instead have a wonderful makeup which blends in and i cannot see, where the Foundaition begins or ends. SO great
Thank you so much - how sweet! I’m actually not wearing foundation which is why you can’t see it 🤣 I’ve ditched foundation a number of years ago and I don’t think I’m ever going back to it!!
Hi jenn, hope you’re doing well. Jenn im kindly asking could you make a video about some people have very similar features but still look different. Like that makeup trend me but better. My ignorance comes in how to know what to make the feature better. Like your video on ariana and hailey when you said ( grow into their looks ) I would love if you bring examples and explain it. And thank you for you knowledge 😊
In East Asian standards your oval face would be considered the most ideal, so it’s all about preference and perception as well - Don’t be discouraged by the features you have! 🥰❤️

@@stylerefinement Please do! That would be extremely helpful to me!
The visuals and kind words you use in your explanations are wonderful!
Thank you! ❤
I'm so glad I found your channel. Your explanations are so good and so different.
Thank you so much Julie! I'm glad you find the content different from others :) What I was hoping for!

Ahhh when your videos come to an end and I'm like "Wait we're just getting started!!"
😆 Thank you - that’s such a great compliment! ❤️

Hi Karla - thanks for the comment! I'm so glad to hear you're enjoying my content ❤
More content please! You’re so talented. Your explanations have already helped me change a few details and made me feel more confident. ❤

I love your video so much, you'r explaning things magnificently
this channel surely has to blow up, actually shocked you don't have at the very least 100k, amazing content
Thank you so much for the compliment!! Soon I hope 🤞
Hi Jenn! Can you please do a video on why some people can wear big and loud jewelry and why some people can wear dainty jewelry? I can only wear dainty jewelry everything else overpowers me so much, and I feel like a child wearing my mom's jewelry? Thanks!
Hi Marcy - thanks for the suggestion! I'll add it to my topics list and see what I can come up with ☺
This is so helpful!!! I've been sitting here with a face shape I can best describe as a hexagon wondering which one I am lol
Glad it was helpful! ❤️
The videos are good, but IMO they raise more questions than they actually answer. 😊
So the moral of the tale is, you're unique. X
Haha that's fair enough! And yes - you're unique, so stay unique and don't compare yourself to others is the moral :D

@@stylerefinement that's great 😃👍 then you're a good example, that's not necessary (always) 😋

As always very clear explanation about face shape. Can’t wait for the next video. ❤
Thank you for much A C! Glad you liked the video ❤
Better explanation. I wish the video is longer, thought. These are so valuable tips 👍❤
Glad the tips are helpful! ❤
I have an idea: square jaw + round forehead is a toast face shape 😁
😂😅🍞
Dang, your hair is perfect for your face.
Can you do a video about how to balance a small lower third?
Hey - great idea! Let me add it to my topics list and see what I can come up with 😊
I love your videos! Do you have any tips on making the middle of the face shorter for someone with a long nose? Thanks! :)
Thank you! I have a video called "Tips for Prominent Noses" where I talk a bit about long middle thirds. You should check it out!
@@stylerefinement Thank you so much! I will! 😊
do you do personal consults
Yes! I'm aiming for end of month to open up virtual consultations but life is getting in the wayyyyy lol. Will announce it soon! ❤
Do you have a video for hairlines?
I have a video called “How does Hairline & Cranial Top affect Hairstyles?” ❤️
I have the same type as Jenn, which type is she? An oval? A diamond?
Hi Jenn, can you make a Video about nude lipstick on different skin tone
Hi Jeannie - thanks for the suggestion! Let me add it to my list and see what I can come up with 🥰
How do I tell if my jawline is prominent?
By the angularity and width!
Ahahhaa, WHY IS THIS SO CONFUSING 😂😂😂
It ain’t easy 😆
You are awesome.
😎🙈🥰❤️
❤❤❤
i hate being oval, so i always accentuate my cheeks and jaw with makeup!
In East Asian standards your oval face would be considered the most ideal, so it’s all about preference and perception as well - Don’t be discouraged by the features you have! 🥰❤️
OMG, I'm a man! All jaw line and cheek bones and forehead. I believe I MUST start wearing makeup again. I don't want to be a man. 😮😖😬
