Very few brands are using rubber in sports shoe. And pls ensure rubber grip on the base of sole available if possible.

In my usage of rubber and pu soles, pu soles are comfortable for daily use, but if you keep it unused it'll be destroyed automatically.But in rubber sole even if we keep shoes unsed the sole won't be destroyed. Yes that can be replaced, you just need to go to any cobbler nearby and he will match the shape of that shoe with another sole. But you have to ask him to use a quality sole and paste it before stiching.

सोल तो ज्यादातर इवा ही युज होता है रनिंग शू में क्यूंकि उसका वेट कम होता है। कुछ जैसे goldstar ओर CTR युज के जूतों में पीवीसी सोल आता है।

Yes that can be replaced, you just need to go to any cobbler nearby and he will match the shape of that shoe with another sole. But you have to ask him to use a quality sole and paste it before stiching.

Yes surely you can use that for running, see nowadays you will find that maximum number of shoes are made up of mesh upper and eva sole and even big brands are using these as well. And yes the term mesh is just a kind of fabric using in upper of a shoe. You will get a video in it soon, so stay tuned.
