Beautiful buggy! I remember drooling over the magazine ads and I had them all clipped out and made into a big collage in my room when I was a kid! It is nice to see a runner as most of the ones I get to see are the shelf queens. The scratches and scuffs just shows it is tough and has lasted through a lot over the years. Thanks for sharing and you and your family have a very Merry Christmas and a wonder new year!
Hello Addam hope your well. Yep an rc10 was one of the buggy’s you always wanted , I remember the B2 and B3 coming out really wanted one, oddly I got a T3. The buggy is great just a bit beaten up on the chassis. Have a great Xmas and all the best for 2022
Nice bit of kit, it's cool to see one of these vintage buggys out and running, even with the scratched chassis people would be willing to buy it for the nostalgia trip of running it around.
Thanks for the comment , there made to be used and it easier if the chassis is scratched up as your not as precious about it. Thanks for watching much appreciated as always
That is a nice vintage Andy goes straight as an arrow.cheers Andy
Cheers Alex , yes I’m surprised how straight it goes especially with thoes super soft dirt tyres on it
Wow, that RC10 looks fantastic, and runs great! And with that 10.5 turn brushless it shifts ;) Great video as always mate, hope you and your family are good and can't wait for the next video!!
Hi Barry cheers for watching as always it goes well considering over not Set it up for any type of track , it’s set quite soft for dirt tracks currently. All the best and take care, all the best for 2022 :)
Nice, you know I loved a BMX track video 👍🏼. Nice seeing this being enjoyed. Nippy 👍🏼
Hi Damien , yes it’s pretty nippy but it’s geared quite low I’d like a bigger pinion on it. Can’t beat a quiet bmx track ;) thank you
What a cracking buggy, so good to see you actually using it, I totally hear you when you say that a pristine chassis would make you scared to run it!
Hiya cheers for watching , at least with a beat up chassis ps. Your not afraid to use it which is what it’s for :) I’ve got an rc10 graphite and I wouldn’t give it the same abuse as this ;)
Brother, this car steps right up nicely! Very nice! Great handling too! Love the bmx track as well with the sweeping jumps and jumps! Great for getting just the right amount of air! Excellent video sir!🤙🏽🔥⚡️🙏🏼🎄 Thanks for sharing, and Merry Christmas.🎄🙏🏼🎅🏼✝️
Thank you for watching and glad you enjoyed it, it was a blast to drive about. My pleasure. Have a great Xmas and all The next for 2022
Looks like it handles vert well, nice driving on such as small track 👍, I wish the BMX tracks were made like this in Denmark
Thank you very much Lyhne RC it’s all still set up for dirt but it drives well , cheers for watching and commenting from Denmark :)
Wow! The RC10 is one of the best buggies to race. I used to race mine all the time. I even won and got prizes and trophies too. Remember back then, all of the best R/C cars were made in Japan. The RC10 was even winning in Japan. The best Japanese drivers were using RC10s too. Why? It was just the best buggy at that time. I actually have two RC10s. I have an "A" stamped chassis in mint condition. I also have my race RC10 with a full RPM conversion. Now you need to get an RC10t truck. This was the best truck to race back in the day too. Thoughts?
Hi Alfred, RC10 king of the 2wd buggy’s love them I have had a rc10t in the past but never raced it , was super cool though . I have raced a T3 though and that was so cool to drive. Glad you raced abs enjoyed your rc10’s
It's a really cool buggy! My neighbour has one, and last year we had a small race down the road against my DT-03, it was lots of fun, we crashed into each other all the time, ha ha... I think his was more scratched than yours, even...
Hi Madds, that’s cool like the fact you raced down the street with your neighbour, wow pretty impressive if he has a more beat up chassis than mine ;)
That was a car that you inspired to have back then, I never got one though unfortunately.
Hi Lee , brother did I well I just missed out on them it was rc10 worlds and rc10b2 for me but I still did t have one ha ha , cheers ;)
Wow, what a great car. It runs awesome, maybe the setup of the car is better for dirt tracks. Is that a megahertz radio? Cool😎
Cheers, yeah it’s still set up for dirts tracks not had chance to set it up for the tracks I would use it on. I’m using a 40mhz Sanwa radio :)
cool rc and great run bro
Cheers fella much appreciated glad you liked it it went quite nicely on that track
What did you do to get those Jconcepts tires to fit the stock jelly beans? I didn't want to glue mine so I ended up with the Jconcepts wheels which I'm not a fan of.
Hi Ryan , I bought it like that I’m afraid they just looked to have been well glued on, as the tyres are so soft. It came with another set of the same tyres on JConcepts rims but I didn’t like them so Sind them on. Cheers for watching :)
Go faster go faster. Lol
It’s only a 6 gear none stealth gearbox 10.5bl is plenty enough ;) lol cheers
Delighted that Tamiya, Kyosho and Team Associated gave these great, great vehicles from RC's Golden Age another lease of life.
Yes it’s good to see them still going weather it be a re release or being able to get parts to restore original ones. Cheers
