If you'd like to understand what people are struggling with at the base of all these problems being discussed, take some time to look up John Bradshaw's poem "Toxic Shame." If people want to heal, that poem will give you a face to the problem. Once you understand that its then taking personal accountability to learn healthy self love. Learn to be a healthy mother and father to yourself. Peace.

you just need to now that beyond some shame that you carry, and shouldnt, ...it was just a process of growing up, making, wanting, friends, and by tht you catched some abnormal to your soul behaviours... but are surely reversable with effort
