Owners who want to invest aren't allowed, but owners who want to load their clubs with debt is allowed.
Every 3 years, you can lose 105m, never have to balance the books and lose another 105m in the next 3 years, and so on.
In 30 years, you could put your club into a billion pounds of debt.
How is that protecting clubs?
Its a scam, American owners want to load tgeir clubs with debt and thats the model the PL approves, but cash rich owners willing to invest are the bad guys!
The money would trickle down and be good for Football but its blocked for the gready 4 or 5 at top.
