Jesus' sermon in Matthew 5 hits us hard. He goes past the actions that we show and focuses on our motives and our deepest desires. Why does that scare us so much?
When Jesus talks about our enemies and how we retaliate, he is talking about our reactions, which often tell so much more about us than our actions. Reactions are a part of who you are.
Tune in and ask yourself, "What would Jesus do in my situation?"
