Introduction to Pearson Square Ration Formulation

In the summer of 2024, the Maine New Farmers Project at the University of Maine Cooperative Extension, invited Dr. Kendall Samuelson, Associate Professor at West Texas A&M University, to speak with livestock producers about proper feed sampling, feed analysis, and how to formulate simple livestock diets utilizing the Pearson Square method.
