I feel proper diet and regular eating habits help. My earnest request__ All of you ,who are in touch with medical advice, get your blood tested on a regular basis and as and when you find your red blood cell drops or you are prone to anaemia. 1. Supervise your diet to make sure your Red Bloodcells count does not drop. 2. Go for Blood Test twice year atleast to spot drop in Red Blood cells count. 3. Sleep well 4. Eat well , specially food rich in vitamins, like vegetables specially carrot, tomato, greens etc. Sleep well, drink milk even if you don't like to.
