My experience or are Boarding School Systems Kenya Dysfunctional?

I can't even start to express how relatable all this is. I went to boarding school when I was in class 3, not much of a choice either but it is what is.
In retrospect, I think, some of the behaviors, toxic or not, stem from the preconditioning in these systems with repercussions well far beyond our control. Thank you Ntinyari, for this video, for starting a much needed conversation.

I went to a Boarding school in Nigeria and the experience entirely was a horror, (bullying,punishments that were unnecessary,poor time management etc)…. This topic should be spoken about more …
