I chatted with the customer service and they told me that I have to be in the UAE to add a usa bank and not in another country that that was restricted.. I was having the same problem too… what helped me was that I deposited small amount of money into the PayPal accountwith my personal Nigerian PayPal account ($10) and I also linked a US bank card there…( I used Bitnob, my Geegpay card wasn’t working)… Then left the account for like 4 days and tried linking my grey bank card and it worked Also they might ask you to verify your account by sending code to the number you used to open the PayPal … so make sure its a number you can access (I had issues there too) Hope this helps❤

My National id card has date of birth, but I was blocked/ limitations during registration. What should I do please
