- Here's a brief demo of the washer dryer that was provided in the holiday cottage I recently stayed in. Sorry, I can't show you any more demonstrations of this particular machine because obviously I don't have any further access to it. The link to the instruction book is here: argos-support....
Literally only watched this to figure out how to set the drying program and you didn't even include it.
You’ll find the instruction book here. www.argos-support.co.uk/storage/uploads/3921540_D0011.pdf?direct
Clodagh Doyle no need to be like that
Clodagh Doyle he isnt a fucking manual is he😂😂😂
I totally agree. I can wash but trying to figure out the drying.
Same here 😂
For anyone who wants to know how to do a quick wash for 30-45 mins with drying, put the washing dial on 13 as it is the 'quick wash and dry' setting and set the water temp to 60° and dryer at 40° as they are standard safe zones. And press start. Your laundry will be done in 45 mins including the drying. We figured it out ourselves that hahaha. Hope this helps x
Thank you life saver 😊
Thank you so much. I tried scouring the internet and even the manual was confusing as shit. Lifesaver ♥
Absolute hero
Life saver
Thank u!!!
We had this for 9 years, no issues during this time and very easy to use. Unfortunately after 9 years it has stopped spinning so it was time for a new one.
Can you please tell me which program you select for daily wear clothes wash
Just needs new bushes
Snap mine stopped working after ten years , way better than te other brands I’ve had - I’ve now bought a new IINDESIT BDE 86436X ( washer / dryer combo again)
Thank you for this video, you helped me understand my new uni washer dryer when I had no idea
Lol my uni machine is the same aswell tried to use it caught fire now i got no clothes
@@ace_400 nooo don’t say that I just put my clothes in guessing which buttons to press
@@candyfloss2659 don't press any buttons it makes the machine explode
@@ace_400 was it in the recall ? If you don’t know google the machine model number. Because indesit/hotpoint washing machine we’re reported as a fire hazard a few years ago.
@@washerboy6242 even if I get it recalled it won’t bring back my clothes
I have one of these in white. Its my first machine I ever used. Bought it in 2012 when I got my first house. Its still running, although I think its a little noisier than it initially was. I give it a maintenance wash every few months and a descale with white vinegar. I use 30/40 degree washes and a 80 or 90 one every week, both using powder.
I quite like the indeshit while its still running loo but due to the recent recalls I will avoid anything whirlpool made like the plague when I replace it, beko too.
This model here I think is newer than mine. First of all, it beeps! Mine dont. As for people saying it takes 3 hours, mine only runs for a max of 2.5 hours on white cotton. Everything else is below 2 hours. I never use ecotime, dont see the point.
one suggestion for indesit, try to keep washer plugged into socket when not used, to allow current into mainboard (will use very very little current for standby). This current will help its capacitors to self-heal. When unplugged for very long time, capacitors go bad. Dont ask me how I know this, had to replace almost all capacitors in my washer, made in 2008. We used to disconnect it when not used. In 2008 there were bad batches of capacitors from China, affected many appliances and computers, not sure if related. Mainboard was not made in Italy.
In a new apartment and using this as a guide. Thank you ❤️
Judging by the sound, wow - that motor sure is a little "under powered" - or possibly worn out just a tad bit. Probably needs a new startup capacitor. One thing I'm surprised to see (compared to other brands I've seen on this channel) is the fact that when the last spin finishes, it actually does a little tumble in order to unstick any clothing from the drum. This feature is actually a trait from LG washing machines. I was rather pleasantly surprised to see that...
I love it , I just used it to dry my laundry after washing and it dried perfectly for me, very awesome 👏🏽
Guys just put it to spin after washing and turn the other to 180 degree or the iron symbol and it will do the dry for you 👍🏽
and then it stops whenever you want it to?
And wool
Mine still comes out damp, I make do with it though. Also my actual dryer setting takes so long, setting number 11/12. It can take over 60/90 minutes just to dry? Does this happen for anyone else
Whats temp on the temperature dial?
@@sabz7473 yes it happens to me as well and if you have a solution please help
On my old machine, I always used a 30min or 60min wash cycle...Although this machine doesn't have these option, can anyone advise me on settings equivalent to a 60 min & 30min washes??? Thankyou in advance...
I have this model but in white in my flat, unfortunately i cant change it as it came as part of the furniture with the rental agreement, would love to change if for a Miele, but for just the two of us it does the job perfectly well.
Just to let you know that Eco time stops the heater from heating the water. That is the reason why it did distribution tumbles.
Why stops eco time the heater from heating? Cold water does not WASH the clothes effectively
I used number 13 express wash and dry, and then when the doors on green i change the left dial to rinse and the right to the wardrobe, clothes come out clean and dry👍🏽
Thank you , what settings do you use when using number 13 ?
@ its the dry and wash express, its a quick wash and dry
@ yes what setting do you put the temp of the wash and dry too when doing the quick express option
@ from left to right, 13, i think its 60 and then the wardrobe
@@bennygleeson8841 how long does it take to finish or do you manually stop it ?
This what I needed. Thanks for the video, washing machine is now washing and i can grab a beer and continue vacation. 😁 🍺
I put a white school shirt and some white cloths on cotton's 90 and they came out much better than when I put it on a 60. I've got a Hotpoint Aquarius plus WMF740P washer.
I have first time wash machine.... No show times... Off wash you help me a lot... 👍👍Thank you 👍☺️
I have a iwc7145 a iwc6105 and used to have a wib111. Anyway the wib111 ended up having the springs destroyed which in return destroyed and the bearings. The iwc6105 I picked up for free said that the motor sounds like it sparks and barely ever spun so I used a screwdriver to use the machine with the door open I ended up spinning the drum on the spin and got the machine going and chucked a brick in. The iwc7145 I paid £60 for and I am satisfied with it and hasn’t broken down at all
Your biggest issue here is towels get super heavy for this type of machine and it takes a long time to wash, the noise is it struggling with the weight of wet towels. often it may just stop until to lighten the load. I say this, i have a similar indesit washer dryer, slightly later model and less noisy.
Eco time will lower the temp to 40ish on 60c and also lower the rinse level
Thanks for the info.
Would you recommend using the eco time?
Thank you so much for your assistance. You are correct: the owners should be embarrassed to provide such a ridiculous appliance. I followed your instructions step by step and eventually got the machine started, even though I am in Salat la-Caneda, France, and the dials are in French.
I’m pretty sure the iron is to prevent creasing and the hanger means the clothes will be ready to wear
Nice Video, love the diffrent angles! 😎
If I'd remembered to take my waterproof camera, I could have shown some internal shots too.
I've got the next one up, 7KG load 1400 spin, I find it fine for washing and drying. "Chico" Time lowers the selected temperature and shortens the wash time, and is designed for lightly soiled smaller loads. You should have added less towels and selected "intensive wash" this is the stain removal cycle. Priceless! Overload it, use cheap detergent and select the wrong programme and then blame Indesit.
I have an equality, how can I make the wash last less than an hour
@@mirlhenmilady5692 You should have an express wash and dry programme listed on the dispenser drawer. It was number 13 on mine (I no longer have that machine, I moved house and they dropped it down the stairs!) This gives a rapid wash with just one rinse and then will do the selected dry, if you don't want it to dry don't select a drying time or option. Remember this is just for small loads for a quick freshen up.
Hi. I just need to wash a mix of clothes with detergent powder. How to do it in a simple fast way? Thanks.
That’s the one I’ve got in white
I am attempting to use this very machine in France so the words are in French. The last load set for synthetics was running for more than three hours. I stop po ed it and put the load on what I thought was dry, but the clothes were soping wet. Now I have it on spin, then will drain and try dry again. Do you have to enter all of the function separately. Why wouldn't the clothes dry on #5 synthetics 60degrees?
option 13 seems to be quick wash + drying
Hi,
Can you please tell me in this washing machine which is the best option for daily wear clothes for washing
How to set the dryer ?
From the beginning , starting with programe 11 , or start with programe 2 and wait and set the dry programe after finish washing ? You could be more clear , a lot of us didn’t understand this part !!!
It’s not my washing machine. I have pinned a link to the instruction book at the top of the comments.
when i used this machine for the first time there is no manual time settings literally it took me 3 hrs to wash my clothes as i set the parameters as cotton 60 dry to 60 and i simply pressed start nothing rest everything as it is. then i experimented all options and option 13 is best and easy to wash clothes in 40-45 mins
Is it possible to wash cotton program 1 or 2 in cold water? Which program to use for the most economical wash during these high energy prices? Thanks
Iv just done my 1st wash. Exsctly. Like this one. However it's not ended and all the lights are flashing apart from the light at the icon that looks like a full sun that's a constant and also the red light 4 lock is on.

I got this and my close came out the same way the went in. I used the cotton and closet dry my delicate garments didn't clean at all in fact they came out smelling like burnt plastic it is so weird i have no idea what's up
Same here.....
Please tell me what happens when you turn bigger temperature then program is ... (As you said when you set program for cotton 60 degrees but turn 90 degrees)
Oh dear Roger, yes really Indeshit. The motor as you say struggling and sounding weak. I had a Indeshit slimline dishwasher, OK but nothing special. Thought you was going to show us how the machine coped with Marks briefs after he shite them but think you said he slung them(over some old grannies garden wall!)hope your both keeping well, as well as mum and your dogs. Love and best wishes from Tottenham Lee.
lee harvey It's not struggling at all, these Indesits do slow tumbles which helps soaking.
I think you mean the Indeshit shitline dishwasher.
Mine is doing something weird all lights flashing except the 6h and 9h lights are solid?
Same thing happening to me right now and I am so confused and agitated.. where you able to figure out what the problem is?

Most people came to watch this video to know how to dry the clothes, just use number 11 or 12 and that’s it.
Please mine is always draining as soon as water enters it.
I haven't understand how can I set he spin maximum speed for any program so that the machine doesn't shake violently. The machine model is IWDC 65125 UK N

Finally a good video! Thank you so much

Thanks for your video but what does F13 mean, my machine stopped working and the display was showing F13 what does this mean?
Help! I have this washer-dryer. I put a load on and a pair of shorts’ drawstring has got stuck in the inner drum. What is the best course of action???
Como puedo hacer, para un lavado de menos de 1hr?
Thank you for this!
I like the direction of spinning, anticlockwise, very like my Zanussi's & AEG and I like the pump sound.
But as Jacob Barett says below, they are commonly known as "Indeshit" from the Evolution models onwards.
& Hotpoints are known as Grotpoints, certainly models after the 95, WM & 99 series like my MicroProfile (26yrs old and still runs like a dream. Indesits & Hotpoints seem to be common to bearing failure and mouldy door seals, which's where Hotpoints got dubbed Grotpoint.
It was an awful machine. It seemed to struggle with only a small load in it and was very noisy. I was so glad to get home to my AEG.
It might be that it struggled, or it might possibly programmed like that.
Both my MicroProfile & NewWave switch the pump on, then off, then back on agaun, maybe as the PCB switches to the contacts that control the draining and spinning, my Lavamat Turbo & JetSystem WJD're the same.
@@ibaisaic it's not "struggling" as in "motor can't handle it" but more in the lines of "the motor controller is sheety". I had a national brand front loader, and it had the same failure. Sadly everything boils down to a cheap PCB that gets busted just by thinking too hard of it.
I wonder how drying mode is defective in a combo machine compared to a single tumble dryer?
A stand alone tumble dryer is normally the best option as they can hold more laundry and tend to dry faster. With a combination machine, you can usually only dry half the capacity of the wash load.
A tumble dryer has stronger fan heater washer dryer has small fan and heater element
How do I program the machine to dry ?
You can find the instruction book in this link. argos-support.co.uk/storage/uploads/3921540_D0011.pdf?direct
I don’t own this washer dryer or have any further access to it.
Hi,
Is the spin button pushed in for the 1200 spin so light is on or is it 1200 not pushed in with no light????tia x
Who’s washer is that?
I have a Hotpoint WMAO863P in white which does the job much better than this. It has a super silent motor and its faster. i might get a new washing machine though as its starting to sound noisy behind the bearing area lol only a year, so just wondering what washing machine you would recommend under £300 if possible, thanks roger
IWDC6105 PLEASE PUT THE VIDEO ON HOW TO ON/ OPERATE IT😢
IT IS NOT MY WASHING MACHINE. You will find a link to the instruction book at the top of the comments section.
my mums away for the weekend and I need to wash my school uniform💀😭
Oh wow I had a white version of this I didn’t really like mine it gave problems and it’s wasn’t good
My machine beeps six times but no lights come on, any ideas please?
Must be a error
Great job with the demo. 👍
Is it to noise? I see on the video that’s a bit noise. Also can I only dry clothing that have been washed by hand? How long will it take a cycle to was and dry clothings?
That's the question am here to asked also
Yes set on programme 11/ 12
The only problem is it doesn’t have a drum clean cycle
Not enough detergent just a bit more you could've put in there
He put enough for the load
i have the same machine!! a question,at the minute 14:12 its drying?
But what about the Eco time button what does it do was the cycle shorter !?
How do I fixed it
In the sick wash what's your name
How do u end it so quickly ? Mine is rotating for 3hrs and i dont know how to change it
Seems he pressed the EcoTime button, which reduces the time
What was the intro song?
I can’t remember but it’s probably a copyright free tune included with iMovie on my MacBook.
@@ibaisaic thank you ☺️
How many rinses did it did
About 3 or 4
Does anyone know where the prgram button should be when we use the dryer ?
11, 12, 13 says right there under Dry, for Dry programs. I think you can also use the right knob to dry at the end of some normal cycles, you need the book to find which one. Believe the washer will blink and not allow to enable drying on programs that dont support drying, so you can try each one and see. Note that drying is for lower capacity, 6kg washing, 5kg for drying, so you may want to take some clother out before drying. Weight is for dry clothes, e.g. a fleece blanket can be very light when dry, but can weight even 10kg when wet, the washer will handle it.
Thank you you have saved our lives!
I know he just doesn’t like indesit but I had a simalar model that was just a washer and it worked for 15 years no problem so they’re not that bad
Why do the motors sound like that
Cause it’s an indeshit

Those are actually quite robust (well at least mine was), bought it back in 2010 and the pump only failed a couple of days ago, i would have happily replaced it (since it only cost 15€), until i realised the front pannel was soldered to the lateral pannels... which is actually 1 piece of metal sheet bent to make the lateral and back pannel. 13 years of lifespan for this is really good considering we bought it for like 270€. (But we didn't buy another Indesit, i still feel burned out by the lack of reparability of those...)
Can it wash at 70°c?
Yes
Do you have to press the start button in every phase ?
This isn’t my washing machine, but normally you press the start button once and wait until the machine finishes the selected programme.
Stain removal and wash quality also depends on the detergent u use, some detergents will wash better than the others, it turns out that non bio detergents wash cleaner and remove stains better than biological detergents.
that the stains have not gone out, the machine can do nothing about it because every washing machine does exactly the same, let the laundry rotate, let it rub against each other in soapy water to get the clothes clean.
The performance of a washing machine is not just dependent on the detergent. Companies like Which? in the UK test machines under the same conditions using the same detergent and get different results. From the experience I’ve had with Indesit washing machines, mainly in holiday accommodation, I would never waste my money on one.
@@ibaisaic indesit is not as bad as many people think, you get a pretty good washing machine for a pretty good price. But people don’t know how to handle the machine, they handle the machine badly and then the machine breaks, and they say indesit is shit. My aunt has an indesit innex 7 kg for 8 years now and it still works very well, she don’t had any problems with it and still hasn’t. She is very happy with it. Also the wash, rinse and spin quality is very good, I’ve seen it with my own eyes.
Cool video but why is the motor of this machine so loud😮😮😮😎😺🙏👅💪👍👍👍👍👍
It's a crappy unreliable carbon brush motor, that's why it's so loud.
Thank you for this video

thankyouuuu
hi is there a video coming today
Recorded 25/10/17
🤦♂️ok put how do you put it to dry.
nice indesit i had it before i got my lg washer
Why would they be embarrassed? Nothing wrong with it, I'd be embarrassed if I paid over £300 for a washer as more ££ doesn't mean it will live longer
I've just moved in to new flat and I've found this thing in the kitchen. In my last place we had LG washer and separate dryer and washing was super quiet comparing to this goddamn jet engine... and drying? I don't know if this is a thing with combo machines, but in my old standalone machine I would dump everything in for 60 minutes and it would be bone dry, this one? I'm currently running for 120 minutes and things are still proper wet (even though warm)... what am I missing?
Hi, if you have a machine that says it has Dry programmes on the front, then you can use one of the wash programs and when it finishes, you take some clothes out, e.g. from 4kg load you leave just 2kg there, and the use program like 11-13, and rotate drying knob to desired setting, e.g. 60min drying or drying for ironing. Then you start program and wait, you need to allow water into machine, needs a bit to help condensate the hot vapour. The combo drier is less efficient than standalone, so it can work on small load at a time, like 2kgs, and will also take quite a while, using lots of current. Its like a hair drier put on top of the drum, blowing hot air in. Standalone driers are more advanced, have heat pumps etc. Also some complain about a rubber smell, due to hot air near the door rubber.
You can find manul on internet with list of programs, usually programs 1-2 are for cotton/whites, which is quite long, 2 hours, to give better results. For coloured, you can use program 4, for example, typically shorter, like 1hour. You dont want very short, as it will not wash well. You can improve results by manually soaking clothes before washing with some detergent, to soak stains. This makes job easier for washer and you can use shorter program. But for whites is not recommended, you need clothes to be clean and sterilized of bacteria (heat drying and ironing helps a lot). Also whites need wash at high temp, as bacteria can get heat resistant if temp not high enough (resistance can last up to 48hours). So don't cut corners unless you want some skin diseases.
That he pitted in the washing machine
12:18 SCARY!!!😱
