The vocalist has nothing on Frank, IMO, but I give him credit for stepping up and giving it his best shot. Otherwise, the band sounds pretty danged on point to the extent that Mike Smith is coming off as an egotistical crybaby. With all due respect, since he's a great drummer, of course.
@@MaskedRiderChrishe’s definitely better than frank currently listen to the last track off hymns from the apocrypha he def had to step down peak Frank is unbeatable tho
Yeah I imagine it would sound much better but it’s not bad for a live performance at all! This is actually the first I’ve seen of them. That bassist is so fucking cool
Ricky reminds me of a demonic entity maybe alien sent from a far parallel universe to spicen up the best death metal band on earth. They are now complete! Cheers
Not sure how Derek Boyer plays his bass that low while, it would be hard playing Green Day songs with a bass that low, let alone technically death metal like this. His hands must look like Kawhi Leonard's lmao
that new singer tries to do exactly what frank was doing but i think he better do his own things. i dont like when they try to copy others and dont have their own style. this is why i prefer frank.
What happened to Frank M? Its typical me. Just looked up he departed 5 years ago. I cant keep up with everything. I am still living in the 90s when I got Suffocation - Effigy of the Forgotten under the YULE tree. I saw em back when he was in band. I saw a gig last month here for 400-500 krones in some farmer town 120 km from here. I thought hell no to this price. Was insane price. Also this new singer is not doing it for me. Just something is off.

They are fucking tight, I don’t care if they are all original members or not. Love it!
Exactly 💯

My favorite suffocation track
kicks drum sample sounds like dropping a Skittle into a plastic bowl
Terrence hobbs is beast in guitar
terrance youre da MAN ! ! !
🤘🤘🤘
The audio capture seems fairly poor here. If y'all were hearing this through a soundboard you'd be floored. Suffo is ALWAYS on point.
Honestly this is not bad at all when it comes to live audio.

They performed a live in my birthday
Nadie se gana estos manes esa Voz infernAl esos riff esos bajos la batería y los punteos bruuuuutales
Never heard of this band before, that was fuckin badass! That drummer is like a living metronome.. dude is very good. 🤘🏻
Kick sounds very nice, also nice combined 🤘
Bass player rules
AWESOME !!!!! ❤️🇮🇩❤️
❤❤❤

He's definitely a great fit to step in after Frank, and he even pays homage to the hyper chop!
Yeah
I like this song because it has a riff I can actually play
Hobbs Is King!!!!
The Terrance Hobbs band

Miss mike smith!
Mmmm.... Really... I miss Frank Mullen
He was one of the GOATs for sure. He kicked so much ass live
This is just a cover band
ricky myers is better
He barely ever did the live shows anyway.
he doesn't want to play anymore, and sure he was a charming guy but not really much of a songwriter, so, no big difference at all
this sounds exactly like Suffocation
hey, just what the heck is going on down here
A really low hanging bass for one thing! They sound pretty good here imho
@@MrBirdmansc Check out their live at Brutal Assault. The mix might just top anything they've done in the studio.
@@bsautospa2957 Agreed.
That’s not Suffocation! .|.
its a new singer but still suffocation
no one cares about your opinion
damm vancouver dont no how to move that pit is weak af ahaha
This show was soldout and packed tight, not alot of room for any movement in that place.
@@LoudFlashmedia there is always room you have to just make it hahaha suppose canadians are too busy saying sorry to mosh ;)

The drummer Erik really doesnt sound that good.
It is not Suffocation 😖😖😖
Yes it is
so you know what suffocation is more than terrance

Not best performance, at all...
