Section 14 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 for
the following reliefs :-
(a) Issue/pass an order or direction of appropriate nature
to the respondent No. 4 to grant Family Pension claim
to the applicant w.e.f. 04.10.2003.
(b) Issue/pass an order or direction of appropriate nature
to the respondents to pay arrear of Family Pension to
the applicant from 04.10.2003 till date of payment
alongwith interests.
(c) Issue/pass any other order or direction as this Hon’ble
Tribunal may deem fit in the circumstances of the
case.
(d) Allow this application with costs.
2. Brief facts of the case are that applicant’s husband
was enrolled in Indian Army on 04.07.1984 and was
discharged from service on compassionate grounds w.e.f.
30.04.2001 (AN) having rendered 16 years, 09 months
and 27 days service. Being in receipt of service pension
vide PPO No. S/016706/2001 he was re-enrolled in the
Defence Security Corps (DSC) on 27.12.2001. During his
service he was affected with “Acute Inflammatory
Demyelinating Polyneuropathy BT Malaria” ” and died
while in service on 03.10.2003 at 1605 hrs at Military
Hospital, Jodhpur. Accordingly, death of applicant’s

husband being attributable to military service she was
granted Special Family Pension w.e.f. 04.10.2003 vide
PPO No. E/748/2004 dated 30.11.2004 payable through
DPDO Meerut (UP) (Annexure A-5). Since applicant was
granted Special Family Pension, her ordinary family
pension from Army was stopped due to policy constraints
at that time. After stoppage of family pension, applicant
kept on approaching the respondent No. 4 for grant of
Ordinary Family Pension but despite sending numerous
representations, later it was known that case related to
payment of dual family pension was under consideration
with MoD. Grievance of the applicant is that she ought to
be paid dual family pension which being denied by the
respondents, this O.A. has been filed

साहब मेरा डिसीजन AFT लखनऊ का आदेश 7 सितम्बर 2022 को आ गया था और उसमें यह भी लिखा था कि 4 महिने में पैसा दिया जाए नहीं तो 8% व्याज देना पड़ेगा लेकिन आज तक मेरा पैसा नहीं मिला है। अब जाएं तो कहां जाएं। मार्च में उसमें रिव्यू पिटीशन दाखिल कर दी थी लेकिन कहां दबा दिया है भगवान जाने।

The whole country should get pension, India should be declared a social welfare country. Even people fit to work after retirement or working should be given pension. People who never worked should also be given pension. India is a rich country all beggars should be given monthly pension stipend.What a creation no work but monthly pension.

My dob is 4 10 41. I am getting pension from indian bank. Bankers have my date of birth but they did not gie the 20% oncompleting .80 yrs They did so after more than 15 months. I am an armyn widow from jhansi causing interest loss. Repeatedly requested them.

Sir my father is retired from army as SUB MAJ/HONY CAPTAIN.
He got following honorary commisions on dates given below :-
HONY LT. = 15 aug 2004
HONY CAP = 26 jan 2005
RETIREMENT DATE = 30 june 2005
I request you to please tell me whether he is eligible for 1 July 2005 increment or not as so many cases are fought in AFT, HC, SC where employees retired on 30 june get 1 july increment.

judgements I applied through
CP gram. I reply i was asked to approach my pension sanctioning authority. To get one year ( 80 th) arrears, I contacted an advocate and on bargaining he came down to 20K from ₹ 30 k.
Case will be filed in AFT shortly.

Desh me IPS,Ias,ya kisi bhi department me jo gudgeted officers bharti hote hai vo sahi kaam nahi karate hai vo dikhawa me govt. Ka bhalaa karate hai aur khudgovt. Ko lutate hai.ab kisi bhi department me direct officers ki bharti cancil ho aur seniority se pramotion ho .direct officers bharti bale officers na to department ke jawano ka khayal rakhate hai aur na hi apane subordinat ki ijjat ka dhyan rakhate hai. Vo kahate hai ki ham Bharat sarkar ke Daamad hai duty nahi bhi govt. Degi fir bhi Ghar baithe kharcha milega.
Respected sir iam not MACP from 2009 Feb. I retired on 31 jan 2009. I served for 08 yrs in the same rank exactly completed on 31 jan But iam not getting due 01 day more i have to serve.Same case as of increment issue. Please guide me in this concern. Iam at goa and from which court i should proceed
