don't worry about that now. First prelims and mains preparation paina focus cheyyandi. Mains lo unna essay writing and english translations paina focus cheyyandi. Slowly your confidence about speaking English will also improve.

If you are talking about AIBE exam, you have 50-50 chances. Last ki Final key vachhe varaku, cannot say for sure

Eligibility is same for both states. TS notification ki atleast 3 months more.
