Just so you know, the ultra secret room most commonly spawns adjacent to red rooms that are adjacent to exactly 2 normal floor rooms (can be special rooms, including secret rooms). If you’re looking for the ultra secret room, find locations that would be adjacent to the most red rooms that would be adjacent to 2 normal floor rooms and check them first, then go down the list of those spots until you find it or run out of charges
i just played azazel and found out that eye of the occult synergize super well with his brimstone, especially with the lump of coal to give a huge damage bonus in large room fights. led to my 3rd hush kill ever (first as azazel so i unlocked maw funnily enough) and almost my second delirium but i got unlucky and got it first boss room while at low health

If you use red key to access a room that shares side with 2 other rooms, it is very likely that you'll find the super secret room. It's not really that random
8:41 as far as i'm aware, using book of revelations on the alt path doesn't spawn the horsemen so you can get the soul hearts without the unwanted item
Ultra Secrets arent corners they’re dependent on a couple of factors. 1. They cannot be touching a normal room on the floor 2. The Ultra Secret room will spawn in the red room spot that has its adjacent red rooms touching the most normal rooms on the floor. Rule isn’t always true, could spawn in the 2nd most, 3rd most, etc. however the best luck is with the most 3. It might not spawn at all lol Fun thought puzzles

I like the idea of Azazel's birthright, essentially giving him double brimstone but keeping the short range, but T. Azazel's birthright sucks so much in comparison, all it does is make the sneeze bigger, and I know that it essentially does the same thing on Azazel but the sneeze is far off from being your main way of attacking.
I'm not sure if it's actually the best method, but I find that using red key in a corner in-between two rooms almost always works, because you check two possible spawns at once

I remeber dark times while i needed to play magdalene, entered curse room on basement 1 found red key, opened random red room and there was ultra secret with sacred heart.
i'm sooo glad they fixed the brimstone + soymilk/almond milk interaction. Not sure if it was repentance or a patch but it was one of the worst item combinations previously. Since you basically just had a super weak brimstone then

Yeah Ultra Secret Rooms can appear next to Challenge Rooms, Libraries, Dice Rooms, and even the Secret Rooms.
