Groundhog Day Hop - Mario Cart

Jacque Malzahn (JQ Crafty here on UA-cam) came up with an amazing idea about scraplifting the same layout every year on Groundhog's Day. I love the idea! Let's get started!
Since 2022 many have chosen to join in for life. To scraplift or scrapjack a layout of their own, and then the next year do it again, and repeat, and repeat and repeat. Just like Ground Hog Day, only a year apart. This is the 4th year. Some people are new, so it is their first time. Others have been doing it from the beginning, so you can see the original layout they chose and this will be the third time they have scraplifted it from a scraplift and so on.
