If this extender, was previously owned by a friend, who gave it to me, and has 2 locked wifi connections with his own passwords (with different names), is there a way i could reset this extender to it's factory mode, so that i may at least get the connection named TP-LINK RE650?

There is a pinhole in the side. Stick a paperclip in and hold for 30 seconds.
The font is so small in your video. Only way is to watch it on TV
I agree - I find TP-Link manuals and documentation generally poor too. WPS wouldn't connect to 5G of TP-link dual-band router, tether wouldn't work.
Just connect it with WPS
