I think this video will definitely help those that doubt themselves and won't accept losses as it does show how important mentality is. Also a suggestion, how to learn your opponent's habits or playstyle and how to counter it.
Going to a big regional soon, this video is going to help a lot! Also, I’ve benefited from thinking that I will loose. I was getting farmed in friendlies by this one player and when It came time for us to play, I naturally expected to get destroyed. This loosing mindset made me take more risks and helped me get the 3-0. Just something that I thought was interesting.

As someone who's never gotten into elite smash. I've rarely gotten upset. I just play for fun.
