I agree with your points on this particular shotgun. My first impressions were "why?" but as I considered the number of people who shoot sporting spec shotguns as all arounders it changed my views to "why not?". The laminate wood is more interesting and durable than standard grade 1 offerings. 3" chambers that are superior steel proof is a plus. I personally would prefer grade 5 wood but if you require a "tool" this would be a perfect solution. Another great video!
Ruger did this w the Red label long before. That said, I live laminate stocks. Laminate stocks are heavier than wood of the same dimension which probably helped bring the weight more neutral.
Thank you for your comment. I believe that there are a few differences. Stay tuned to the channel as the XS BL will be along in the not too distant future. Kind regards, Matthew
Lots of reviews always talking about balance in a shotgun but as soon as you put two cartridges in it it changes the balance, and even worse on a semi automatic,

Matt, you know that I still want one. Not sure why you guys in the UK get all the cool Brownings. Maybe I'll send you an email through the website.

How does this compare to the Ultra XS black laminate? Is the Ultra XS worth the extra money given the only difference seems to be the forend?

Not sure who would want a laminated gun for sporting clay shoots
We can't bend the laminated, i do prefer real wood.
