7:00 i legit thought bronzor was going to be a reference to kronii looking at herself in the mirror. you could probably swap dialga and magearna for registeel and copperajah.. for mumei, honestly i don't know if there's a pokemon that matches her 'watch the world burn' ebergy quite like yveltal, though drifloon captures the same cute but horrifying vibe, too. altaria is a good reference to her gorgeous singing voice. my swaps would be for dodrio and delibird. bae's sleevs always look like pompoms to me, so i'd give her cheerleader oricorio, and dedenne fits the rat about as well as rattata. for the non-electric, is there anything more chaotic than clefairy with metronome? not having fidough or dachsbun on sana's team was a clear oversight; deoxys covers the worminess of yatagarasu pretty well, so that opens weedle's spot. gardevoir is a perfect choice, though.
@@magebear7 You make very compelling points! Some of my choices to pick some pokemon over others is due to having already assigned certain pokemon with other idols. But if I hadn't already given Altare Dedenne, switching that with Ratata and then giving Bae a Clefairy sounds perfect! Thank you for taking the time to comment!
The fact that Irys didn't have Grimmsnarl is a crime. It fits the "mischief" motif better than any other! Also, the choice to not use fully evolved 'mons is an odd one to me, as well as allowing mythicals and legendaries. Sure, Shaymin isn't that great, but.. it's still a mythical. I find it funny that you said "skills and power" for Mawile, who is generally considered to be.. very, very bad. Celebi is also a mythical, just like Shaymin.. and Registeel is also a legendary. Though it's considered utter trash, against most of the rest of the 'mons it might be pretty strong. As you said, Kartana is also a legendary, sorta. It's debatable whether or not Ultra Beasts are considered legends or not. Regieleki is another legendary, and an incredibly strong one, at that. It's currently the fastest Pokémon there is. Deoxys.. is probably one of the most fitting for Sana to have. Gods, I miss her. And another legendary, one that I think would be.. surprisingly tasty. I think, from least to strongest would be (mostly due to unevolved team members) Irys in last. Irys doesn't really have anything strong. Fauna is second to last, having a Shaymin helps a lot but it's the only really good thing on her team. Then Kronii, though her team is really being carried by the Bronzor with Heatproof for it's ability and an Eviolite. Sana would be next, since Deoxys is kinda crazy depending on the form it's in, and Gardevoir is alright. Hakos Baelz and Mumei is a weird one though. The issue is that Regieleki sweeps through Mumei's team without items, but it's the only good thing on it. Otherwise, Kartana and Flamigo are the best in this entire list. Kartana OHKOs with a Choice Scarf against Regeleki unless it is also using one, but it's so fast it's not usually necessary for it to do so, so most people wouldn't ever make it use one. Flamigo is very strong in double battles due to it's signature ability. Please don't take this as me not liking the video! I did, and this was an incredibly cool video and idea. I get that this is looking at it from a perspective other than battling, so I'm not trying to throw any shade, just wanted to share my thoughts and feelings as I watched the video.
@@LimitBlade617 No offense taken! I'm far from a competetive player, so I figure that there are blindspots in that regard. As for unevolved mons, that's more of a preference. I think it's more interesting to have a mix of strong and weak pokemon for teams, rather than having all strong, evolved pokemon. Not every gym leader or npc has all evolved pokemon, after all! Yeah, I see where you're coming from for Grimmsnarl, haha. I already gave Regis Altare a Grimmsnarl for the Tempus HQ video, so I didn't want to do a repeat. But if that wasn't a factor, I'd definitely have IRYS take it. Thank you for taking the time to comment!
WEEDLE IS A GREAT CHOICE SO IT MUST STAY! Sana could also have Lunalla and Sogaleo... the fact thay she dossnt get Palkia is a travesty. But i dont know what i would cut. Maybe if you face her early, she uses the first 5 pokemon... then in a rematch she swaps Lunatone and Solrock for the sun and moon legends and swaps the ponyta for Palkia... while having a final team of 4 legends, Gardevior... and a lv 100 giganatamx weedle.
You know what, that'd definitely work if I did rematch teams! I'm glad you like Weedle, they definitely match the impression I have of Yatagarasu...a silly looking guy!
