Alright Troops!!!
I was recently invited up to visit HARRY from DOOKIT BREWING CO to sample the first beers brewed at his new unit in the East End of Glasgow.
What followed was wonderful access about how he has made the transaction from Nomad Brewer to working in his own Brewery unit. It was a real eye opener, and hopefully anyone who watches the video gains a real insight into the work and effort that goes on behind the scenes before the beer lands on the shelf or in the keg.
