So happy you're loving the not-snot cleanser and the glass serum and glycolic mask too! I'm definitely picking up that DCL scalp treatment and Alexis Carrington Colby turban, like right now. Can't wait for the Spa Sluts!
Peach and Lilly makes a drug store brand called Peach Slices and is sold at CVS. I pick up crazy cheap masks and lotions!! I love Peach and Lilly. Thanks so much, love you videos.
I was in the States this summer. I went to Sephora and bought a lot of skincare. The Good Genes Lactic Acid was the first thing in my cart. I also bought the Drunk Elephant Baby Facial.
Yay to Spa slags vlogs! Sounds cool. I work at a gorgeous spa Park House in Midhurst. We have lovely therapists, beautiful spa facilities and amazing products and treatments.
So true, Susan! I just read that if you don’t have a chance to eat something when you take an NSAID, you can also take turmeric or curcumin supplements at the same time to lessen the ill effects of those pain meds on your tummy.
@@bridgetmcglone Naproxen is prescription only (in the UK at least) SO, with that said, your GP should be doing their job and only prescribing for when you need them and monitoring your continual health. If used correctly, under supervision from your Doctor, you will be fine...
Nadine you can indeed get Naproxen OTC in this country, most GPs wont prescribe it because it works out cheaper to buy OTC than a prescription (yet costs the NHS a lot more if it goes through them). There are even stronger NSAIDs still but those are only OTC (such as Diclofenac and Mefenamic Acid). Please anyone reading this: do NOT mix them and always check with the pharmacist first as they can cause heart issues if you take too much or have underlying issues., but (and check this is the case for your issue too) you can take them alongside Paracetamol, but NOT alongside Asprin.
The Peach & Lily Glass Skin Refining Serum and the Super Reboot Resurfacing Mask will be on sale for half off in Ulta on January 19, 2021 in the US. I may try these out.
For the irritated scalp: Christophe Robin, scrub. This is also a shampoo and it's amazin! I don't have an irritared scalp, but love to get rid of hair spray resedue, styling products etc. Not cheap, but once a week will last you very long. L'Occitane apparently also does this, but only available in France. Just a tip! 😘
I have an oily scalpthat sometimes gets flakey (as well as fine hair, but a lot of it). The best shampoo I have found is a Korean one called Ryoe (the Green bottle) which comes in a large bottle with a pump. It is fomulated to deep clean scalps but does not leave my hair feeling stripped (unlike some brands) and smells amazing. The turban looks very glam - Joan Collins eat your heart out!
Just FYI Ibuprofen and Naproxen should not be taken at the same time - same family of drugs - they also have the ability to lower the platelet count and therefore increases the risk of bleeding (hence the need to eat prior to consumption to reduce the risk of stomach ulcers)
Curious as to how a hard Brexit will affect your access to beauty/health products. As for naproxyn, it is a pain reliever as well. I cannot live without it! Cheers, Nadine. ---Nava
Please don't throw them away. Take them to your local pharmacy for disposal . If anyone is taking Naproxen they should also take a gastric protectant .

I wait for sales on Dermstore.com or Skinstore.com and I buy the big mamma size FHA’s $158. I usually get it 30% off on skinstore and it lasts me a year.
I laughed so hard at the Instagram husbands!! I have often thought "how do they convince their husbands to do that?!" My hubsters head would explode like your boyfriends! LOL!
Hi Nadine... I know your opinion on retinol/tretinoin but if you could give us your opinion on the specific topical RETIRIDES, the cream that you can buy in Spain... it contains other active ingredients and it would be useful if you would explain a bit your view on it!
The original Sunday Riley good genes has only 5 percent Lactic acid and the reason it was banned in the EU because it's PH was too low,So they used Glycolic acid 5 percent, for it to be as effective as the US version,But lower PH.
Wow, I had no idea you couldn't get Aleve (naproxen) over the counter in the UK. It's all I use for my son as it's the only med that works for him. It's interesting to see what people want from the US because there are things in the EU that I have a hard (or expensive) time getting.
Hi Nadine, Can you recommend anything for healing skin after minimal excision procedure for removing sebaceous cyst under jawline area? Sutures are out but skin feels tight and sore and want to prevent as little scarring as possible.
Ohhh, you were in Chicago! I wish we could have met here:( Do you like French drugstore products? I plan a trip to City Pharma, would loooove to hear your recommendations.
I am 26 and the SR lactic gave me pimples ,i gave it to my mom and it s like it took 5 years off her face after a couple of weeks,so i think it s better for mature skin i m trying the Luna now ...
Are you sure it wasn't purging? Lactic acid always brings everything to the surface of my skin (I get these annoying bumps more so than classic pimples), it's the very reason I use it. In a way I find it as helpful as salicylic, it's the dynamic duo for a clear, smooth face to me.
ocandro tbh i am not sure because i tried it twice and both times i started getting pimples and i freaked out(i used to have very bad acne as a teen and my pimples were like i would grow another face feature i only got better because of retinol and niacinamide )
Hello Nadine, in your Indeed Labs Booster video you talked about Radiance one and said you'll be testing it. Did it pass? It sounds like it was made for me (my face is really sallow from health problems and I have literally plum colored undereyes), but I don't want to invest if it doesn't work. I will be very grateful for the reply Edit: you look particularly gorgeous today and your brows look so thick and nice! Have you tried Neutrogena T-Sal shampoo? It contains 3% salicylic acid, it's unscented and not as stripping as most mediciney shampoos!
Thank you for the DCL shampoo info. Oh my gosh I fight my itchy, flaky scalp all year long. The tar shampoos & Nizoral just strip my hair. So DCL on my purchase list. (so I looked up the shampoo) sadly it has essential oils which aggregate my scalp & it's just a zinc based shampoo. Ican get that so much cheaper. Bummer
You might find a cider vinegar rinse helpful: half water, half vinegar. Pour over shampooed hair, massage in, let sit for a minute, rinse and condition. If you have been scratching, it might sting a little.
Naproxen extremely dangerous. A friend of mine was on holiday in the states and had a fall. She bought Naproxen for pain. She came home and continued to take them. She was an A&E sister. Welcome back Nadine! You and Caroline Hirons should do a haul. Glad you are back!
I go to NYC in 13 days....this video couldn’t have come at a better time! Thank you xx
Reerei Dia thank you x
So excited to see you trying Peachandlily!! I’ve been loving it since I discovered it this year.
Your knowledge and experience is even more powerful with a dash of humour. Great stuff!
Totally hear you about the Good Genes lactic acid! My boyfriend is American and he actually bought me some for Christmas. I can't live without it!
I love my aquis turban towel!! It's something I'll have for years wouldn't use anything else

I just bought Good Gene during Vib Summer Sale, but Sunday Riley is also now available in Ulta.
Nothing makes me happier then going to a foreign country and checking out their drugstores . LOL !!! Hugs from Canada

Long term use of naproxen can cause upper gastric ulcers so anyone taking them must be very careful.
All NSAIDs can eventually can stomach ulcers and/or other GI issues. They're wonderful OTC products when used sparingly.
Don't take on empty stomach
