salt and pepper
flour
¼ cup salted butter
2 tbsp. finely minced garlic
1 tsp. flour
½ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. calamansi juice

Chef, there’s no BANGUS here in UK, we only have Sole, Plaice, Cod, Bass, Salmon, Halibut & Mackerel. Is there any of these selections can substitute our milky BANGUS? Even Daing na Bangus I wan’t to make but I couldn’t find any milky fatty fish here.
