    1.Squat
    2.Lunge
    3.Bend
    4.Push
    5.Pull
    6.Twist
    (7. Gait - Putting it in brackets cause Paul Check is one of the few that count this as a different movement pattern)

    He's so intullectual that he can't even remember his own list!
    Even though he figured it out when he was 26-27, without awareness
    Having an open mind, and practiing, will "take you where you need to go"
    I think him and Poliquin both invented the deadlift in 1982

    Used to follow this guys stuff quite a bit. The name of my gym is Primal Athlete Training Center because of his primal patterns.
