- I have issue with my ip camera v380 with sdcard
I cant find my record history although sdcard is detected. when i check mt cloud storage i can find my record history
before i can see my record history from my sdcars, but suddenly it disappear - Наука та технологія
I am using original PNY Micro SD Card but it not working on v380 pro

Paano po kung not record found? Hindi naba ma open yon ulit? May nagnakaw kasi sa cp ko kumpyansa ako mau cctv yun pala not record found makita ko sana ang nagnakaw kung nairecord lang
How to record using cloud?
You must switch of / disable the event recording option if you want the camera to record 24 hours
your right just disable event recording then you can see your recorded videos. thanks for the tip!
I cannot locate ANY Settings. All I find is wifi name listed in all wifi connections. :'( Can you help? I have tried contacting the company. I have 128GB SD Card installed & if I pull it out I have over 5,000 recording, undated et cetera. I want my Kam to be more efficient
I did but still it's not working.

Try nyo po e reboot camera .. after q po kc un ginawa nagrecord na sa sd card ..

Trust me, you just need an ORIGINAL Sandisk sd card, the cctv will work fine. There is also available High Endurance sd card that is meant for cctv as it records non stop. But the earlier one i mentioned is just sufficient.

Try to reset your camera and try best as card my suggestion is try Samsung SD card
if you insert the sdcard just off the cctv first

Same problem but i resolve the problem. Remove sd card from the wifi and insert to cellphone and reformat the sd card.
And now can u use again

Try this... format the mem card then reset the cctv and remove and install the mem card... remove all the way then insert and try again... i have the same issue but i try this method and it works...

@@damasusbagus9123 I figured it out. The SD card must be authentic and original, not refurbished/fake. I bought a new one, I didn't encounter any issue already.

@@Akshayrana6262 may be clean the sd slot with blower as dust particle will be present inside and so use it again by inserting the sd card.

Kuhanin mo po SD card then insert mo sa kahit anong fone na may SD Format. After mo po ma-format, ibalik mo sa CCTV. pag ka open mo ng app, punta ka po settings tapos Recording Settings. Off mo yung Continuous Recording then On mo ulit. Then try mo na po icheck ang Playback after 10 mins.

I tried in my celphone and sd card is working but in the camera it sd card was not recognized it says no recordings. Pls help
One more you must you branded sd card with higher speed for video recording. At record seting also must format your sdcard before use

This comment made my day.thanks. 😁 To those who are asking how to set EVENT RECORDING ONLY. Just enable the "ALARM ON" and "EVENT RECORDING" there is an option also for sound in alarm on.
ganyan din sakin nag record lng sya 1week after that di na nag rerecord pinupunasan ko nga ang sdcard baka naalikabukan lng peru walang record na lumalabas. sayang 128g
4 days lang siguro ang kaya ng cctv, tulad sakin may 45% pa natira sa 128g.. ayon di na makita ang recording

I also encountered the same problem and still not working either changing the sd card to the original samsung & sandisk or by resetting cctv
Just format it using the app then remove it, wipe, then put it back then done. It should be recording now.

ETO PO ANG SOLUTION JAN GO TO ALARM SETTINGS THEN TURN ON ALARM THEN LALABAS IBANG OPTION SA BABA PAGKA TURN ON NYO NG ALARM CLICK ON ALARM PERIOD THEN SELECT ALLDAY THEN VOILA HAHAHA
Solved problem need the original memory card. I used 128gb. And im happy works fine
