Speed Lacrosse is a fast paced 3 vs 3 version of lacrosse. This type of of lacrosse is aimed to introduce new players to the game & help improve stick skills. There is limited to no equipment & has a run N gun type of style. This is a short video of Shane (age 7) playing speed lacrosse with other lacrosse players.
