Hi I’m French and we also have the chocolate rhyme with the word "chocolat au lait" that means "milk chocolate" so we used to sing it like "choco choco lat lat choco choco lait lait chocolat choco lait chocolat au lait" (the "t" is silent on both words) which is very similar to the norwegian one and we also used to do the clapping while singing it when i was a kid haha that’s funny you unlocked one of my childhood memories
we have a similar lullaby in england where it goes “bah bah black sheep, have you any wool? yes sir yes sir, three bags full. one for the master, one for the dame (a woman basically) and one for the little boy who lives down the lane” i just thought it had a similar concept as the norwegian one you sang in this vid 😊
8:38 in german we have the same exact thing!! when saying sjoko or in german schoko you clap the inner parts of your hands, when saying la the outer parts and when saying de you make some kind of fist hahah. we also made up other rhyme clap things like this with the same rhythm like me-me lo-lo me-me ne-ne me-lo me-ne melone which is german for melon. or same thing with gummibärchen (gummybear)
oh thank you so much for those long videos. i noticed you dont post as often right now, so this makes me very happy, since you are pretty much the only asmr channel i listen to. already went through all of your vids 3 times.
ok but idk why but i love the norwegian rambling! it might just be me who is norwegian myself but idk why it's just so soothing hearing you talk about anything! great video btw!
Keep up the good work girl❤️
In swedich the d in röd is pronounced, gul is the exact same, grönn is speld with 1 n. Blå is the exact same. Lilla is speld with one l. Rosa is the same. Yes swedich, norwegen and danic are related laungeges. This video is very fun for me my brain can kind of understand it
the choco choco lala it's kinda a game we used do too in argentina when we are little kids, i didn't know in norway did it too! it's crazy n awesome ☺️
the rhyme! in Australia we had: double double ice ice, double double cream cream, double ice, double cream, double double ice-cream! same kind of hand clapping inside and outside of palms and hand. it’s so interesting seeing the comments and how so many countries have similar variations!
Could you maybe make a video trying to speak Swedish. I think it would be very interesting to see the similarities but also the differences between these two wonderful languages. 😊
Without a doubt the Norwegian language is fascinating, I would like to see more videos like this, I also say that your smile is very charming, very good video Synna, see you later :)
Well here in merica lol we also have a similarl (chocolate rhyme) but we use “ice cream”or “popcorn” instead but that hand movements and melody is there
The chocolate one we have in English except it’s not the same words but the same rhythm. It goes “Double Double this this, double double that that, double this double that, double double this that” 😂 Which this and that usually are interpreted as something sweet and savory.
Not often do I hear of people anywhere spelling their name the same way as mine! Very interesting especially since everyone always asks me if I pronounce my name the Norwegian way because they never meet any Americans with that spelling
lo de "chocolade" es literalmente lo mismo que hacemos en España, "chocochoco lala chocochoco tete choco la choco te choco la te". literally the same lol además, me llamo Luna jajajja.
i just realized that since i became a fan of Sigrid i wanted to learn norwegian so bad....NOW I SEE I WAS FOLLOWING you since long ago and you trying spanish (yo soy de argentina, asi que te podes dar una idea que idioma habla jojojo) while im trying to learn norwegian. is like in the netherlands that you have english as second tongue just to communicate with other countries in the near proximity up there in europe? i dont want to use english, but im so bad with my time that getting to learn an anglosaxon language with the same nuacnes as spanish , i have no time, but i do not want to be the typical "american tourist" which would just end up in any country expecting people to know english. im not so self centeres. i want to speak the language of the land i want to go to, so i dont disprespect the people there, in this case Norway
not so fan boy synna because that is innapropiate and annoying but if you get to argentina try to reach the small asmr community here. we could help you. ademas podemos hablar en castellano argento, de ese que no se entiende nada una gomas, como esto, bien de jargon porteño, como nobleza obliga, todo con frases tipicas de capital, provincia y el conurbano, mi "rancho" actual :D
I love your "sticky" whispering fr is so relaxing
