Hi.. Actually I have no idea about cerelac.. it's my second baby, for both the babies I have not used ceralac. I think you can use once ragi & once cerelac in a day. Actually for 6 months babies you can give Ragi Porridge/ rice Porridge/ wheat porridge/rava porridge, fruit & vegetable purees, soups & Kichadi Recipes. You can also make alternative with the above items too.. If you need more recipes pls check our channel.

Why are we adding pepper to porridge?
Ragi is not easily digestible food for babies, so adding little pepper promotes digestion. During cold Ragi tends to heavy to digest. Thank you😃
