Hi. I'm a fan of Thai dessert. I miss it so much. I will try to make this at home and share it with my family and friends. And maybe one of my business here in the Philippines. Hehe. More Thai recipe please. Thank you so much
Hi there! I'm so glad to hear that you're a fan of Thai dessert. It's great that you're going to try making it at home and sharing it with your loved ones. Good luck with your potential business venture! I'll definitely keep sharing more Thai recipes, so stay tuned. Thanks for the support! 😊
The recipe says equal parts coconut milk to limestone water. In the video it appears you’re adding like half a cup of limestone water not equal parts. Is it correct?
Why is every single video giving different ingredients? All over youtube they are all different. My Issan girlfriend is also telling me to grind sticky rice to make flour and other recepies telling me to use tapioca flour, other recipes telling me to use coconut flakes. I have spent over 2,000 baht on ingredients and all the videos are using different ingredients. 😢
Thai cuisine offers a range of interpretations, and ingredient choices can vary. I used all the ingredients exactly as my grandmother does when making this traditional dessert, but it's okay to experiment and find your favorite version. Happy cooking! 😊👩🍳
