whoever he's training with is no longer helping him. he's regressing. he does not need more mass necessarily. what he needs, is to work on his turn-over and fast twitch. he ran his fastest times being a skinny dude. 9.92 is a fantastic time. he looked lighter on his feet then too. his current coach is no bueno.
