Fantastic edit. Brilliantly compiled, what an ingenious sequence. Meanwhile, I just finished watching the whole of Trapped on Viki. A remarkable series, really outstanding. These gay dramas from the Far East get more and more impressive. This one was particularly extraordinary because the gay storylines are given so much focus, airtime, development - and in this case no heterosexual romances or potential on-off 'girlfriends' were added to the mix. These guys go for each other. they kiss and make love etc, just like real gay men in the real world, and that's it.
Love how Jake Hsu as Fei morphed through the series from goofy comic police officer at the start to sweet handsome romantic hero at the end. Great edit, btw, and yes, that song was a tough choice to match visuals. Well done.
Honestly ? Bl directors should hire you as a promoter and an editor. You make the series look so fucking good. You're doing a better job than half the editors lmao. The effects? The song? The everything? Perfectly in sync. This is peak perfection.
This is a masterpiece. You captured the angst, pain and loss beautifully. 💜 Awesome work! 🙏...What people need to realize is that, "gangsters", "mafiosos", do not fit a criteria. They def have emotions. Whether they are controlled by them or shows them is a different topic. The actor, Chris Wu, who plays Tang Yi, does an amazing job of a tortured soul. Shades of grey. His character has depth and layers. Stop seeing things in black and white. Not all gangsters can be defined as "dark".
Thank you. And you're absolutely correct. You can't judge people by their profession. They are human too and they too can be swayed by the emotions. Tang Yi is definitely one of the better written characters on the show and Chris has done a real good job in bringing him to life.
