It's also confusing to use "and" inappropriately that way for this reason: Would "Four hundred AND 58, AND 458 thousandths..." mean 458.458 or (400.58 + 0.458)... Listen to Prof. Leonard. Learn this once and it will save you from a lot of mistakes later on.
No discontinuity. He explains towards the very beginning that the references he’s teaching from has pointless sections that doesn’t pertain towards his syllabus. I’m assuming maybe some Geometry is thrown in that book.
@@t6hp Not that it's too easy, just that when you learn algebra you can utilize a lot of the concepts learned from algebra and apply it to what's being taught in Geometrey. @@DomnickK Oooh, now I get it! I'm over 70% done with Prealgebra and plan to move on to his TTP playlist later after finishing all tests with 100% on Khan Academy as a way of re-leraning math while studying a CS diploma. I will follow your advice, thanks a lot!

That dude in the background keeps cracking me up! He shouts whenever something very easy shows up such as 1+2 otherwise he remains silent.

That's a good summary and refresher for remembering some main concepts covered in each topic. Thanks!

Also, people generally read "42" as "forty-two", rather than "forty-and-two".
So finite decimals are the same as rational numbers and infinite decimals are the same as irrational numbers.
gotta keep up the pace.
Does anyone know which textbook they are using?
"Prealgebra" by K. Elayn Martin-Gay, you can use the one that came out in 2019.

Well, if he asks questions then he does seem interested in learning something.
Sometimes people need to hear it again man.

@@DomnickK I was actually wondering why dosen't Professor Leonard have any videos on Geometey? Is it because it's too easy or something?

It is quite offensive and annoying that one student yawns a lot and in a loud voice in order to show he is "above these stuff".
That's just how some people are.
It's best to just ignore them.
Laurelindo It’s because the teacher allows that kind of stuff in his class
