Ito ang dream retirement place ko yung nsa tabing dagat pagka gising mp lang amoy mo ung simoy ng dagat at dinig yung alon. Napaka aliwalas ng area sa labas at gusto ko yung white color sa kitchen. Sa lht ng pinakita mo itong fave ko. Pero dk type yung design nya sa loob lalo yung 2 stairs. Gagastusan din ng milyones for renovations pwd ng ipa rent or air bnb lalo sa summer time.
Talagang magandang po dyan. Lalo na kapag nakita nyo ang sunset.
Tapos minsan yung full moon along that horizon nagrereflect yung sinag sa dagat (Gumusservi). Very romantic.

Sa America when you buy a house it comes with stove,refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Naka furnished na yan. Kailangan nasa ayos ang electric line kaya kasama lagi ang mga stove,ref. Etc... By law na yan.
That's nice. Dito po kasi sa Pilipinas, napansin ko lang po, parang mas gusto ng mga Pinoys na sila ang pipili ng mga brands ng appliances po nila kaya siguro mostly na inooffer po na bahay dito especially brand talagang bare lang po.

Before they sell the property make sure everything is ok. Walang pang gagalingan ng sunog. Nasa batas na ng America yan. Better to be safe that sorry or mSunugan ka.

It is A MUST to mention to your presentation how many Bedrooms and Full Bathrooms.
Considering that the property is nice but there are a lot of renovation that need to be done.
For 28M, it' is expensive
Again, I am not a realtor and I am not selling the property. The owner does. So when a buyer or some interested party would like to know more about the property, that's the time I make the owner(s) and buyer(s) meet.

At sa lahat ng lugar sa Pilipinas, Zambales at Palawan ang pinakaprotektado ng mga malalakas na bansa dahil nakakakalat sa mga lugar na yan ang mga sundalo at military hardwares nila. At kapag nandito mga allied forces, babaha ang dolyar. Kaya kahit anong mangyari, pinakamagandang mag invest ngayon sa Palawan at Zambales.

I've noticed in some of your videos that you are fond of opening cupboards or sometimes touching items like bric-a-brac impulsively without first asking for permission from owners or their reps. I cringe every time you do that. It might seem trivial to you but some people might get offended when they see you doing that to their property.
One piece of advice; it's not hard to ask first before doing so. Asking them would show utmost respect to them and their possessions.
I already did sir so don't worry about that.
Some would like to know, some wouldn't.
My reason, if they are selling the house, and they are not living there anymore, they expect a buyer will visit anytime for occular. And not all wouldn't care what's inside of what and what's made of what.
