The video was for the mold trial of the Automotive Fuel system connector mold.
The plastic material is PA66+30%GF.
The mold steel is groeditz 2344-HRC48-52.
The steel of A & B plate is P20.
The slides steel is groeditz 2767-HRC54-56.
There are 6 slides on the fixing(injection) side, 4 slides are on the moving side, 2 pieces are rotatable slides.
The Injection system is a cold runner.
The cycle time is 56 seconds.
This mold was running on 380 ton injection machine.
The lead time for T1 is 8 weeks.
