Food Bank Farms Volunteer Orientation

The mission of CFC is to educate volunteers and students on nutrition, the local food economy and food insecurity, create equity in the food system through farm leasing opportunities, and practice regenerative farming methods such as no-till farming, plant diversity and companion planting. The harvested produce will be donated to the Food Bank’s member agency network of food pantries and meal sites. Volunteering with Cultivating for Community is one way you can help us work to end hunger in Western Massachusetts.
