Both are honestly pretty bad but I think the ikaruga segment was better gameplay wise than the new final boss. Atleast that one was challenging, but this one dies in like 2 minutes once you remove the cord. Another thing too is that the end's monologue was sick, and I'm disappointed that it's not in the new fight This new final boss just feels like it exists for sonic to fight a god monster because the other 3d sonic games did that and also because sonic is now trying to ripoff dbz I guess. @@TubeDoods you telling me that you are ignoring the perfect parry that actually works well, the difficulty of that final fight, spectacle, the atmosphere Wow and the trees and other few flaws ruins it all 🤦 I agree this fight is not perfect because of the flaws but saying is more worst than original fight without giving update 3 boss a single credit is astonishing
