I was super careful of that! I had boots on and my wife lost it and made me take them off. Destroyed the effect in my opinion.

You can, you just want something that lawn will grow through and something that wont mess with your mower.

Yeah it's quite commercial. Perfect for large areas. In saying that, the areas I couldn't get to were minimal.
