@@waynescoble7072I think it’s just because he had a lot of chips behind him and knew he would make it decently far in regards of placement and didn’t want to risk it. Still a dreadful play
When someone takes a big portion of your chips, “that’s ok I still have 2.4 million” is exactly the right attitude. Patients and a little luck and those chips can come back 10 fold. And I usually do get them back when I set out too.
1:08:34 can someone please explain to me what 9,7,2 on the flop would do for TREN, weak straight draw?? Someone plz sharpen my skills & tell me what I’m not getting !
How about instead of a player calling the clock ⏰️ 🤔, let it be up to the dealer to call a 60sec clock on a slow player. Then you wouldn't need a supervisor 🙄 to call a clock.
I owned that Poker For Dummies book. I bought it as a joke from a charity store to pull it out during a pub game many years ago. It worked as a joke. Didn't even read it. Just donated it back a week later.
I think like with many countries,,accents have a lot to do with it too. And just lack of experience with the phrase. Like hardly ever hear it myself besides here and some sports events. Just a cultural barrier and small mistake imo. And I'm sure let's say non Americans would have the same mistake as well at first
Man Lon and Norman made these years so amazing. Really some of the best commentators in all of sports
Kawauti folding the flush might be the dumbest move ive seen in poker
I haven’t seen the hand yet so I assume the board was paired
@@iamhorcruxer it is but he called the flop to hit a flush, hit it then folded so this is still dumb

Up there with the dumbest...(I figure it was a misread.) To think he was up against a boat or a bigger flush is a stretch.

I think in my opinion 🤔 there should be a 3 minute bet clock ⏰️. The game would move along much better 😉.

He was saying if the flop was 9,7,2 Tran would end up losing a lot of money with his 88, so he should fold.
Understand now??

07:37, now are Schwartz and pocket kings not on speaking terms at the moment.... 🤣🤣🤣 It doesn't get any better than Norman.

Only in poker can you make a mistake, then get bailed out with a lucky card or 2.
1:03:18 as we all know any player on a table reserves the right to call a clock or call time if they feel a player is tanking too long
It was his first hand on the table he doesn’t know how long he was taking each hand

Time goes so fast...for me it was 2004

Bastante bien.
Why do poker players feel the need to push all in before the flop when they still have enough chips to just call? Especially when you are this deep.
Gee type of dude that flops quads and then starts yelling HOLD!!! ONE TIME !!!!
he's a luck sack, never loses a flip
I know he doesn't make it, but man, Steve Gee may have made the best calls this tournament. He knew when people would fold seems like
