😂😂 The «Gapahuk» 3 sided cabin named Rotneblikk you passed at around 4 minutes is the Mekka (humorous) for norwegian offroad riders…😊

That’s brilliant! It did look amazing! I’d have loved to spend the night there. Thanks for letting me know

@@wanderinghonda7963 Actually there are hundreds if not thousands of those Gapahuk’s around in the woods of Norway. Originally shelters for people who worked chopping down trees and such - nowadays more like shelters for hikers etc.
I dont know why that particular one has become so popular - but every adv/dualsport rider in Norway seem to have been there and taken a pic there…😁

Funny how circles connects: you mention watching football and how the landowner in Norway is kind and comes by with some beer. Great man. Your national football team was once led by late "Svennis", and on your trails betwen Hoiti Toiti hotel in Karlskoga and the Norwegian border, you were really close up on where he was origining from, and is now resting. A land of simplicity, a land for a small but capable Wandering Honda. Cheers!

That’s brilliant information! Thank you, I had no idea that I had passed close to where he was from and now rests
Thanks so much for the comment, I really enjoy finding out things like that!!

Thank you for these videos. I've loved folllowing along on your journey across my beatifull country of Sweden and you have inspired me to explore it more and i've started my plans for a Swedish TET journey next year. Pro tip if you plan to come back again... TST instead of TET (Trans Sweden Trail)

You certainly do live in a stunning part of the world I really enjoyed my travels “up north”
I like the sound of the TST! We’re currently travelling elsewhere but it’s got the cogs turning for the future 😊

Wow Norway is stunning. It doesn’t all have to be steep climbs and mountain vistas, I could happily spend weeks chilling on those trails. I guess you just have to accept that you are going to get wet and eaten by bugs at some point 😂
I wish the UK wasn’t so restricted, but we are a tiny little island I guess 😊

I couldn't agree more, it was beautiful, as you'll see it just keeps getting better and better. I can handle the rain but I grew to hate mosquitos 🤣

Funny on the sparkling water. I could see me doing same thing.....and wonder why they even sell it. Thankfully you are a better motorcycle pilot that drone pilot. 😜 We don't want you clipping any trees with the Honda! Glad no damage or you would be in trouble with Steph. Still beautiful remote scenery. Thank God for that cozy cabin during the deluge and the gracious beer supplying owner! Hope the shower was hot! Also good to see another day with no mechanical problems on the Rally. How many km have you logged so far on this trip? Peace! Ride Safe.

The owner of the cabin was such a superstar proving me with a dry place to stay and a couple of beers! What a lovely person
I really need to start logging km’s on trips because a few people have asked and to be honest I’ve got no idea. Sorry about that!
Wanda the Honda has around 60,000km now after a couple of years
Glad you are still enjoying the series 🎉

Three beers, Simon, but not three goals for England, I'm afraid. Stunning landscape, easy trails. Hate the mozzies ;-) All the best, Günter/Nürnberg

There are definitely disadvantages to using petrol but for the way we travel it’s the perfect solution
On the channel we have a video with it camping gear etc if you want in depth details 😊

We love hearing that people are enjoying our travels and it would be great if people share and spread the word. We are building up such a community of great like minded people! There’s lots more to come over the next few months so hopefully you’ll enjoy it all 😊

very happy you are enjoying this series 😀 I often have a split screen with one side showing a general map, when I notice I'm getting close to a village/town I head off the trails.
Fuel was, somewhat surprisingly, not a problem
Where Steff and I are currently traveling in Africa we are having to fuel up from plastic bottles in villages 😬
Enjoy the series and thanks for the comment
