Thank you for doing this on the RIGHT foot! The instruction booklet only shows it for the left foot, and I had trouble following along because my need is for the right foot. It looked so easy when the orthotics person in the doctor's office showed me how to do it, but I couldn't figure it out on my own once I got home. Remembering that there's a UA-cam video for almost everything these days, I decided to look for one, and here it is! Incidentally, you appear to be the only UA-cam video for the Breg Wraptor Speed, so that makes yours especially valuable.
Thank you! I just put the boot aside and put my ankle brace on for the first time. This video was very helpful. Mine is a Top Shelf orthopedic brace but similar. I have to say that it is comfortable but it takes a bit to get used to after walking in the boot for over a month.

I find this helpful but should it be worn over a sock or with out a sock. what conditions is this brace good for. I have bone on bone in my left ankle and arthritis my bone Dr. order this for me I hope it will help me. I have Osteogensis Imperfecta {brittle bone disease so dont recommend and surgery for it that's safe. Thanks Vivian

I genuinely wish the doctor that invented this ankle brace is bankrupt now. it's an overcomplicated mess that's overly frustrating to put on for literally no reason other than the idiot doctor threw on 5 extra straps for nothing. Absolute piece of crap if your doctor gives you one of these ask for a different one
Thanks I broke my growth plate in my foot a year or so ago and they gave me this after I got out of the boot but it is hurting me again so I am going to wear this for a little while so I don’t break it again 😂
i can't even use chopsticks. i'll never get this. i doubt i could put it on someone else, putting it on me is not possible. i almost snapped at the doctor putting it on me "just keep the damn thing." i bought an Equate wrap that is one step and will wear that instead. nice to see i am not the only who had trouble with this product
