INGREDIENTS FOR THIS RECIPE :
===== आलू के फ़ूले-फ़ूले पकोडे =====
आलू (बडा आकार) - २, छीले हुए
बेसन - ३/४ कप
चावल का आटा - १/४ कप
हींग - १ चुटकी
नमक - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १ चुटकी
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
अजवाइन - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते - १ चम्मच
खाद्य तेल (गरम) - १ चम्मच
===== धनिये की चटनी =====
धनिया के पत्ते - १ कप
हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई
अदरक - १ इन्च
लहसुन - ३ कलियां
भुजिया - १ चम्मच
नीम्बू का रस - १ छोटा चम्मच
भूना जीरा पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
काला नमक - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
===== Special Aloo Pakora =====
Potato (big size) - 2, pealed
Gramflour - ¾ cup
Rice flour - ¼ cup
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Salt - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Red Chilli powder - ½ tsp
Ajwain - ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 table spoon
Edible Oil (hot) - 1 table spoon (handle carefully)
===== Coriander chutney =====
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Green Chilli - 2, chopped
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 3 cloves
Bhujiya - 1 table spoon
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin powder - ½ tsp
Black Salt - ¼ tsp
