chirping is probably uppipes and they are probably the cause of the charring, and the rough running sounds like injectors to me, check the blow by, that will confirm or deny cracked piston, another possibility is headgaskets as that degas bottle covered in dried coolant is a tell tale sign of headgasket failure.
ooh man you also have a Super Duty, could you also measure this one, also from the ground to bottom of the cabin? i'm really curious how much taller the Super Duty cab is compared to the OBS.
Mines doing the exact same thing, I replaced the turbos and inner cooler because I knew those were getting weak but nothing changed
@@pamamonsterxd.2351 i was leaning toward a cracked piston on mine!
Reminds me of a video of a truck that had a hung open injector.

It has mega blow-by, everything pointed me toward a cracked piston.
My 2008 f250 is blowing smoke,no cluster lights on,but it does run a little rough just started Sept 7
@@gregorycarson8513 hopefully not a cracked piston. i believe a leak down test would help.
Sounds like a lifter failure or cracked pistons
Almost forgot to add on stuck injectors
@@davidreyes2298 I don’t have an engine light on so it makes me wonder if mechanical!
I firmly believe it was a cracked piston. I feel an injector would throw a code. I had zero codes. The blow by was astronomical!
@@Zacpactv what did you end up doing with it?
@@davidreyes2298 sold it for parts, it wasn’t running at all when i sold it.

I will keep you posted!
Turbo failure?
Was leaning toward cracked piston but did not diagnose.
Did you find the problem
No i did not.
Unplug EGR and drive it around see if the smoke goes away might go on slo mod but no worries just drive it without egr probably need egr delete
Scrap it
The thought has been tossed around 😂
