Are you finding that vendors and OEM response times have become insanely long due to the pandemic? We're having a lot of issues with that at our hospital.
Oh yes. And loaners are getting harder to aquire.. Some companies have a history of crazy long turn around times: Covidien (2-3 months), Maquet Cardiohelp (6 months)

I have never seen a Tivato 700. Yes, it is probably possible to change just the bulb and reset the hours

Lamp of Tivato 700 is similar to 300w lamp of vario 700.
As far as i know the lamp hour cannot be reset on site
