- Enjoy behind the scenes view from EK857, the world's shortest scheduled A380 service currently in operation, from Dubai to Kuwait.
The video, which also includes footage from the cockpit and the popular Onboard Lounge, was captured on 16 July 2014, the first day of Emirates' A380 service to Kuwait. The day also marked the 25th anniversary of Emirates' flights to the country.

I only fly Emirates. I do around 100, 000 miles a year and Emirates are without a doubt the best carrier in the world. I often get free upgrades from coach to business class and have even been bumped up to first when I have booked a business seat. The Emirates longes at the airpots are also briiliant. Thank you Emirates.

I wonder how full the DXB-Kuwait flight is. I assume that the Kuwait flight is just utilizing an aircraft between long haul segments, where it would otherwise sit on the ground in Dubai most of the day.

A380 is the best aircraft ever, I wanna work for Emirates when I saw this video the crew seem so nice and hardworking. The cabin crew member who said a380 was her favourite, me too! I love a380 so bad, it's my favourite!

What they should do for these Asian-style widebody short-haul flights is pack as many people in as possible. All economy class. They could fit over 800 people on one plane.

Occasionally there is an A380 flight from Heathrow (EGLL) to Gatwick (EGKK) but only to reposition the aircraft, not open to passengers.
Also BKK to HKG - 2h50 though technically its a follow-on flight

This is inaccurate...in 2016 Emirates launched the shortest flight from Dubai to Doha (Qatar) on Airbus A380-800 which is only a 50 min flight. This must be a very old video clip.

i flew with emirates twice and it awesome airlines without doubt, the only thing missing are more asian girls in the cabine crew :) they have mostly white girls ,some of them arent smiling at all to the asian passengers!!i even reacted once (btw im white)
