TOLEDO! 6-Stop Food Tour around a Medieval UNESCO gem

TOLEDO!
You've heard of it.
You've read about.
You may have been.
You've probably seen videos about it.
So what could I possibly add to the pantheon of tourist videos? Well, perhaps not much. Some interesting food spots, some nice views, a bit of history and our irreverence.
I put off doing a Toledo video forever, because I thought it too obvious. But Laura and I went, ate, drank, and saw Toledo for the beauty it is, not just a busy tourist day trip.

My knowledge of Toledo
visually is basically El Greco
and historically its importance in
the three cultures period
as so much classical Greek thought
came via Arabic to Toledo
where the Jews translated it into Latin
and it was another source of knowledge
that kindled the renaissance in other places.
So the food was interesting to see.
