Basically all After Effects with animated masks, and a lot of timing the rectangular frames to come in at the same time as the real hyper strikes from the game. Each one had its own nuances that’d be tricky to go into here but if they come out with DLC then I might do a part 2 to this and maybe film a BTS on how I did the hyper strikes as well!
The melee music! I like that. It’s cool watching fellow gamers play sports. Maybe you guys want to do the running & gaming with me! This was fun though, played soccer in HS and a year in college too… I want to do this with Mario golf
