From the VA56 trailhead of the AT (NoBo mile 834.8) north over Three Ridges to the Maupin Field Shelter. From Maupin Field south via the Mau Har trail, crossing VA56, up and over Priest to the Seely/Woodworth Shelter. From Seely/Woodworth back north to the VA56 trailhead.
